Hands-down the best automechanic experience I've had! Errol took good care of my situation and always made me feel like I was covered. I brought my car in which was leaking transmission oil, and on first inspection they didn't charge but told me the price for getting a new or used transmission. I wanted to see whether adding more oil could have made the car run for at least another week before I bought a new one. Although adding more oil during the first look would have saved me a few trips to the shop, he later added extra oil (and unfortunately the car didn't run) but still didn't charge for the service. After it was all done, Errol even provided advice and explained to me the best steps to selling/donating the car. He really treated you like a person and not another customer. Very friendly, great service, and great respect for military and veterans! 10/10 would recommend.
Best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t sell me products I didn’t need. They explained everything to me in a way I understood. . Told me they’d be more then happy to follow up with me or my husband if we had any further questions.
Hands down the best experience i have had i came in due to clutch slipping and poping out of gear and transmission over heating Errol knew exactly what type of transmission i had and told me the reason for those problems before the diagnostic was performed and even went over and above to make me feel comfortable about the repair so I would recommend this place of service to all my friends n families
